“Arcadia” opens at sunset with four individuals slipping out of a house like cheats. When they move into the auto it gets to be clear that the man and the three kids with him are connected. However when one of the children, 12-year-old Greta (Ryan Simpkins), delays to take a gander at some family photos, the air blends.
