2029: Seven states withdraw from the United States of America, shaping another state in the Pacific Northwest called Jefferson. While its guarantee of a “free state” is confident, reality soon sets in. There are few employments, so its subjects are buried in an existence of neediness and joblessness.
Enter Dylan, an ex-military free specialist with an uncommon computerized implant a “Super”named Clyde. Clyde is a propelled AI contained in an unremarkable metal barrel that Dylan connects to his skull for direct interfacing. Dylan comes back to Jefferson keeping in mind the end goal to rejoin with his lost affection (and cousin) Sarah, a “glitz punk, post-data” vocalist. Lamentably for Dylan, Sarah has settled down with a Peace Officer named Bruce, leaving Dylan strapped for trade and alone out Jefferson.
