“The Lake” recounts the narrative of a sentiment that traverses years yet includes just a couple kisses. It succeeds regardless of being founded on two conundrums: time travel, and the capacity of two individuals to have discussions that are, under the terms built up by the film, incomprehensible. Neither one of these issues annoyed me in the scarcest. Require some investment travel: I used to get diverted by its legitimate imperfections and opposing timetables. Presently in my shrewdness I have chosen to just acknowledge it as a reason, no inquiries inquired. A time travel story chips away at passionate, not worldly, rationale.
In “The Lake” it works this way. A lady (Sandra Bullock) lives in a glass house based on stilts over a lake north of Chicago. She is moving out and leaves a note for the following inhabitant (Keanu Reeves).
